sucessful tasty recipes we make will be shared on the blog. This classic Victoria Sponge Cake was one of the first recipes I made using my KitchenAid and I was not disappointed.
Is there a better cake than a Victoria sponge cake? I don’t think so. It is that timeless classic that many of us would not think of first when we came to naming our favourite cake, however, at the same time we wouldn’t turn down a slice either!
The ingredients are easy to get hold of, in fact, many of us probably have them in our cupboard most of the time. It is easy to make and cheap too, which makes it a winner in my books.
