Good morning everyone! It’s our birthday!!
Today marks 6 years since the blog went live and since then so much has changed.
Blogging really has changed my life and given me so many opportunities that we would never of had the chance to do.
The biggest thing it has brought to me though is the chance to leave the 9-5 behind and now go into full time work on the blog. 6 years ago I didn’t even know if I would last a year blogging, let alone take the jump this year to work from home full time.
It has given me the chance for the first time since having Kayleigh and Ethan to be able to be home during the school holidays with them. I am able to do the little things such as the school run and listen to their stories of what they got up to during the day.
Not only have we been very lucky in what we have been able to do and for me to work from home. I have had the chance to meet some inspiring people who are so supportive of you, even though to some you may feel the blogging world is competitive. There are so many people out there that are cheering you on and willing to listen to your rant and give some really helpful advice.
It is the little things that have made such a difference to our lives that I will be forever grateful for.
So to celebrate, how about some competitions?!
