For now though we are handing back to Trini for today’s questions:
Tell us a little bit about you & your blog:
My names Trini and I’m a 31-year-old blogging mummy. I have a 2 soon to be 3-year-old son and I really got into blogging post baby to meet new people and share and hints and tips I pick up along the way.
I have a super childish and slightly filthy personality and I am always up for a giggle- some people may call me the office clown lol. My attitude to life is you can do anything you can put your mind to and that tomorrow is not guaranteed.
What inspired you to start blogging?
My son! He is so super amazing i wanted to shout about him but not all over my personal social media as we all know how some people can react with that. I know blog readers think totally different as they are out there looking to read what we have to shout about.
What has been your highlight of blogging?
Getting to talk to like-minded people, try out loads of brands- some of which are household names I could only dream of receiving items from and something I never expect…making money from my blog so I can make some great memories in great places with my family.
Is there anything you have learnt about blogging which you wish you knew when you started out?
I wish I am/was more computer literate. Every day I learn new things about the blog and how to work it but I would love to have done a course of web design before I started just to make my blog a bit for flawless and professional looking.
Bloggers sometimes get a lot of stick however many work really hard and are reaping the rewards, what has been the most rewarding part of blogging for you?
When people comment on my blog it’s so rewarding, as I know they have taking time out of there day to read what I have to say and that makes me happy that what I write hasn’t been in vein.
What would be your 1 tip you would give all new bloggers starting out?
Network! Get yourself out there talking to like-minded people whether it be at blog events or on social media. People are so lovely and helpful bloggers are your best resource.
Who do you find inspiring to read/watch in the blogging world?
I find it so inspiring seeing that some bloggers are able to do what they love full time, earn and income and rub shoulders with celebrities. That to me is a blogger who has made it! This is just a dream to me.
Lastly – do you have any big plans/dreams for your blog in the next 12 months?
I just hope that my following and readers just keep growing and they opportunities keep coming my way. This year I hope to attend my first blog conference and meet some new friends.
