Welcome to our latest meal plan, don’t worry this has been pre-scheduled so I can have some much needed time off with the family to just relax however I still want to try and stick to a meal plan i if we can.
Merry Christmas to you all, I hope you are all having a lovely festive period with your loved ones and enjoying some delicious food.
With it being a festive week we are having a lazy week when it comes to food and making sure nothing goes to waste with our leftovers either.
This is what we have cooking in our house this week:
Monday –
Full on turkey dinner with all the trimmings – It’s Christmas after all!
Tuesday –
Slow cooker gammon & leftovers – we will be using up the turkey as well as having gammon and salad. Easy to do but yummy.
Wednesday –
Leftover turkey pie – nothing is going to waste in this house! This leftover turkey pie is delicious 🙂
Thursday –
Smoked haddock & potatoes – taking a break from turkey with some simple fish and potatoes
Friday –
Lamb keema – looking again for something different to turkey!
Saturday –
Lazy food – not sure if it will be something from the freezer or pancakes but we will have something that doesn’t take too long to cook!
Sunday –
Party food – We are seeing in the new year with friends so planning to have lots of delicious party food for everyone to pick from.
So there is our meal plan for the festive break.
I hope you have an amazing day & get to indulge in a little bit of festive food this week 🙂
Merry Christmas everyone!
