Monday mornings mean just one thing on the blog, it is time for another weekly meal plan.
This week I switched my shopping from Tesco to Asda in a bid to save money but without planning before we shopped I’m not sure we have made any difference!
So, this plan is going to be from what we have in the house and the extra few bits I did buy to complete the meals.
Monday –
Steak & chips – I love the steaks we get from Muscle Food and they always taste amazing. This teamed with homemade chips in our Breville Halo and I think we may be on to a winner.
Tuesday –
Pancakes – Lazy but quick!
Wednesday –
Haddock, new potatoes and green beans – Trying to eat a bit more fish in our weekly meals. This is a simple dish but tastes amazing.
Thursday –
Chicken rogan – This is one of my favourite curries to make and it is delicious! You can check out our Breville Halo.
Friday –.
Lazy dinner – It is Friday so this will either be something from the freezer or something ordered in.
Saturday –
Sausage stew and crusty bread – our recipe is a big hit on the blog and something that is so simple to make too.
Sunday –
Slow cooker beef – Still not sure what type of recipe yet but will work that out before I order the shopping!
Not too bad a meal plan considering how disorganised I was with my shopping this week, I must make sure I plan a little better in future!
