It’s Monday, that mean’s its time for our weekly meal plan!
Now last week was a bit of a hit and miss week really. We didn’t spend any extra money on food, just didn’t really have what was on the meal plan.I’m finding the cold weather and workload is hampering my cooking efforts!
So, this week we are back to having what we know best and trying to get back into the swing of cooking. It’s just too chilly to have the motivation to do anything!
Monday –
Chilli jacket potatoes – This recipe from Eat Well for Less tastes delicious but is also super filing.
Tuesday –
Pasta & meatballs – quick dinner that tastes good too.
Wednesday –
Sesame chicken with broccoli and rice – We’ve not had this in a while but last time we did it was delicious.
Thursday –
Macaroni cheese – simple and tasty!
Friday –
Taco boats – The kids love taco’s as they can make their own depending on what they want so it is always a winner.
Saturday –
Pulled pork, wedges and coleslaw – Going for an easy option this weekend with meals for our slow cooker.
Sunday –
Campfire stew – I’ve read lots of recipes on this and it sounds delicious so looking forward to giving this a try.
