Happy 8th birthday!!
Wow today has come around quick, in fact the whole of the last year has flown by and so much has happened since.
You’ve moved school into junior school and are settling in well. You love school and never have any problems in going. The work doesn’t phase you, however at times over the last year we may have had a few battles with the homework….
It’s not you won’t do it, more of a case you will do the minimum to get it done! This has started to change though, and I know that the school are impressed with the changes over the last few weeks so keep it up 😊
You are a little character, if there is a joke to be said you will say it. If something funny happens you will giggle away, you can’t miss your giggle! There are times also though where you can be a stroppy little thing if something is not going your way, but it doesn’t last long!
Last summer we were trying to teach you to ride a bike and you got so frustrated and quit as you “couldn’t do it”. A few weeks ago, though you asked to take your bike out and just like that you learnt to ride your bike. You now love getting out on your bike and your legs have the bruises to show for it on your shins!
We are so proud of who you are becoming and the little boy you have become so don’t change that.
