This week we decided to get away for a few days and visit Daddy Vs Work’s parents down in Devon.
The weather was warm but not as hot as at home (thankfully!) so we headed out to explore around where they live. The kids wanted to head to an arcade by the seaside but before we did that we headed into Plymouth for a little wander and we popped into the National Marine Aquarium.
It was not too expensive but it was such a good place to visit, everyone loved it. What is great from the visit though was out tickets are actually annual tickets, so we can visit again whenever we like in the next 12 months.
We did head on then to Dawlish Warren for a spot of lunch and some time in the arcades. The beach itself was pretty packed as the warm weather hit the UK however the kids spent quiet a while on the 2p machine so never noticed!
