Good evening and welcome back to a slightly later than a normal meal plan.
Last weeks meal plan, half went to plan and then some didn’t. However, it is another week and another meal plan, time to start again.
I’ve lost a little motivation with meal planning and cooking lately, not sure what I fancy cooking! I think I need to look for a few more menu options and start trying to add a bit of variety to our meals. I’m hoping as the warmer weather comes in, I won’t want to be hibernating as much as I have been lately.

Takeaway – It has been one of those days, we just
Tuesday –
Pasta – Packed with veggies too!
Wednesday –
Peri-peri chicken and rice – Super simple however delicious.
Thursday –
Pork chops and mash – It has been a long time since we have tried these
Friday –
Keema curry – It has been a while since we had this so really looking forward to it.
Saturday –
Spaghetti bolognaise – Comfort food at its best.
Sunday –
Roast or stew – Easy and delicious.
