Good morning and welcome back to our latest meal plan on what is a rather chilly Monday morning here!
Our meal plans of late haven’t really been going to plan as we’ve had so much going on however I am going to try and stick to it a bit more this week. I am also still battling a fussy child with meal ideas so if you have any family-friendly hits please do share in the comments below as I’m running out of ideas!
For now, though it is back to this weeks meal plan which I really struggled to plan last week for one reason or another. So it really is a throw it all together and see what happens this week for us I’m afraid!
Monday –
Leftovers – We have some leftovers from the weekend so it is a quick meal for us tonight after swimming.
Tuesday –
Full English – Nothing better than a full English breakfast, even if it is your evening meal!
Wednesday –
Tuna pasta bake – Quick and tasty as the kids have a school disco today.
Thursday –
Steak and chips – Easy to make but very yummy.
Friday –
Fish Friday – Using up some of the fish in the freezer tonight.
Saturday –
Eating out – We are at friends for the night so we are eating out.
Sunday –
Eating out – Again we are out today to celebrate my parents 30th Anniversary so we are having a buffet at theirs in the afternoon.
This week is good for me as I can be lazy with the weekend meals however mid-week is going to be manic as Friday is the only night we are going to be home on time as the kids have lots going on after school this week.
