Our weekly meal plan – 10/06/19

Welcome back to another week’s meal plan.

Last weeks meal plan was pretty much a write off in the end, with me spending so much time baking last week for the cake sale I just could not be bothered to make dinner a few nights last week so we ended up ordering in food. Not ideal and I have to say I think my body is going to appreciate going back to home cooked meals this week.

It has been a busy few weeks lately and this week it is not really slowing down as Ethan turns 9 on Saturday! That is the only day where we are going to possibly have a takeaway or eat out as we always let the birthday person pick dinner!

Over the coming weeks I am going to try and upload a few more of our favourite family recipes, it just makes it a little easier to share back on our meal plan what we are planning to eat that week too for our readers.

Our meal plan –  10/06/19:

Monday –

Thai Massaman Beef Curry – I’m trying this recipe out for a collaboration however it sounds amazing so looking forward to this.

Tuesday –

Cod & potatoes – Simple but tasty and easy to make.

Wednesday –

Peri peri chicken burgers – A new recipe but I’m looking forward to trying this out.

Thursday –

Pork chops- I’m not sure what we are having with these yet, we’ll see what we fancy nearer the time.

Friday –

Keema curry – Tasty and really simple.

Saturday –

Ethan’s choice – It is Ethan’s birthday so he can pick.

Sunday –

Roast with all the trimmings – It is Father’s day so Daddy Vs Work is having a roast with all the trimmings.
