Welcome back to another meal plan and happy half term if you have broken up this week.
This week we have lots going on, however, being at home means I do have a little more time to do some cooking this week. We are going to try out some new recipes during the week too which I am looking forward to.
I am still struggling for inspiration with 2 fussy eaters so hoping to spend a little time this week getting some ideas for coming weeks dinners.
Here is what we have cooking in our house this week:
Monday –
Lazy dinner – It is Daddy Vs Work first day in his new job so we will have a lazy dinner depending on what he fancies when he gets in.
Tuesday –
Eating out – It is Kayleigh’s birthday today so we will be eating out on our way home from Paradise Park.
Wednesday –
Burger and chips – Easy and tasty dinner!
Thursday –
Mexican tortilla baskets – I saw this recipe on Eat Well for Less and it looked delicious so we are going to give it a try.
Friday –
Homemade pizza – We still haven’t got round to making these but we will this week, to be enjoyed with homemade dough balls.
Saturday –
Chicken, chorizo and potato stew – I found a recipe in my recipe folder for this so thought we would finally give it a go.
Sunday –
Roast dinner – Again it will be a roast of some sort, just depending on what we fancy nearer the time.
So we have a tasty week of meals this week with a few new dishes to try out, let’s hope the kids enjoy them and they can be added to our list of family favourites!
