Good morning and welcome back to another meal plan.
Last weeks plan was not too bad however we didn’t stick to every meal, so this week we are planning on being a little bit more organised and using up what we already have in the freezer. It has been a bit busy of late so over the next few weeks I would like to be back in the kitchen trying out a few meals for us to add to our possible family favourites. I have a little file which I put in our favourite meals, it is a little like our own family cookbook.
It is, however, a little thin, so I need to get adding to it soon!
For now though. here is our meal plan for this week.
Our meal plan – 21/01/19:
Mexican lentils and rice – Last portion of this to use up.
Sausage, egg & chips – Easy but delicious.
Smoked haddock, potatoes and green beans – Last of the fish to use up.
Hache steak and chips – These are from MuscleFood and are tasty.
Takeaway – Kids will be picking.
Spicy chicken flatbread with salad and sweet potatoes – Flatbread is really quick to make but delicious straight out of the pan, looking forward to this.
Roast – This will be dependant on what I pick up when I am shopping.
There you have it, our meal plan for the week. Nothing really fancy on there, just yummy home cooked food (apart from Friday!). Looking forward to a week of stress-free cooking and quick tasty meals. Over the next few days I will be looking for some inspiration for the coming weeks, so if you have a firm family favourite please feel free to pop it in the comments.
