Welcome back to our last meal plan of October, this year really has flown by and it is a bit scary, to be honest!
This week we are adjusting to Daddy Vs Work new work schedule and also trying to deal with Ethan’s fussy eating which, to be honest, has started to drive me a little mad of late. He has started to really limit what he says he likes and although he will survive on those choices there is hardly a variety to have. So this week I am planning to try some basic recipes to get him trying out new meals.
Monday –
Lamb kofte with flatbreads – This was in the Asda magazine this week, sounded yummy so thought we would give it a go!
Tuesday –
Pancakes – Easy dinner for the kids, we’ll grab something out of the freezer.
Wednesday –
Sausage, egg, chips and beans – Tasty but quick and easy to make.
Thursday –
Chicken in pitta bread and garlic bread – We will have ours spicy but the kids will be plain.
Friday –
Curry – Ok I know the kids are probably not going to like this but I’m going to give it a go!
Saturday –
Homemade pizza – Still not made these yet…
Sunday –
Roast dinner – Again it will be a roast of some sort, just depending on what we fancy nearer the time.
I am hoping that at least some of these will win the kids approval!
