It has been well reported lately that the UK’s shopping habits are returning to what they used to be a few years ago, with many shoppers only doing 1 shop a week now. We used to do this until bad habits crept in, just popping to the shop for some bread and spending another £30-£40 on bits that were not planned.

I can’t remember the last time I stepped in a supermarket, possible 8 weeks ago. We have been using our local corner shop, greengrocers and Tesco when we can get a delivery slot. It has made me appreciate the food we are able to get delivered but has also cut the cost of those top-up shops!
