Good morning and welcome back to our latest meal plan.
Last week we stuck to plan mostly, with a few days switched around. The main thing was no food wastage which was great as that saves money too!
This week again I’m going for a simple meal plan, the only reason being I’m drowning under work load at the minute and don’t particularly want to be stuck in the kitchen!
So here is our plan for the week.
Monday –
Salmon & rice – The kids have swimming again so it is a quick dish tonight.
Tuesday –
Tuna pasta bake – Quick and simple.
Wednesday –
Chicken & rice – Not sure quiet what I am going to do with the chicken yet but planning a quick marinade to go with it.
Thursday –
Pancakes – At the kids request!
Friday –
Burger and chips – It’s the weekend so we are going for a quick dinner and some family time.
Saturday –
Homemade pizzas – These were a huge hit last time! Using our bread maker, the dough was super simple. Topped with our own choice of toppings each made it a huge success.
Sunday –
Roast – As per usual! Again, it will be dependant on what we have on offer when we do the shopping.
I’m hoping to have a bit more time in the coming weeks so we will be back to trying out some new meals on the plans.
