After missing a week out we are back into the swing of our weekly meal planning.
I’ve found it hard to try and find recipes that I can eat, that are both dairy and yeast free. So I’m doing what I normally do and adjusting meals we enjoy to make then ok for me to eat and at the same time still looking out for easy to make recipes that we can all enjoy.
Monday –
Pasta with spinach – Yes I know I haven’t put the recipe up yet, I will…. honest!
Tuesday –
Pancakes – It’s Shrove Tuesday so I will be in the kitchen cooking up a huge patch of pancakes.
Wednesday –
Tandoori salmon – We had this a few weeks ago and it was delcious, the only thing I will be adjusting this week is I need to use soya yogurt
Thursday –
Chicken fajitas – I have never attempted these from scratch however today is a the day.
Friday –
Cod & potatoes – simple but delicious.
Saturday –
Chicken kievs – I love chicken kiev however I have struggled to find a yeast free version. I am going to try a new recipe I found and I’ll let you know if it is any good.
Sunday –
Roast day – not sure what yet but it will all depend on what is on offer!
So nothing exciting this week however I am going to try and get our recipes up on the blog in the coming weeks! What’s on your meal planning this week?
