We are already at the end of July and back to another weekly meal plan.
With one week of the summer holiday down I am hoping we can stick to our meal planning throughout the holidays and keep the spending down!
Although we only had 1 take away ordered in, last week we didn’t seem to stick to the meal plan but had other dishes instead!
Hopefully this week we will be a bit better.
Monday –
Chicken rogan – using my beef rogan dish but just adjusting it slightly to use the chicken up!
Tuesday –
Pancakes – I know it’s not Shrove Tuesday but the kids love them!
Wednesday –
Tandoori salmon – This dish from the Tesco food site is really tasty!
Thursday –
Chilli con carne – Something simple and one that I will make extra portions and freeze.
Friday –
Chicken wraps – Again another easy to make dish!
Saturday –
Cod and potatoes – I love having cod with a little bit of butter and new potatoes. So simple but delicious.
Sunday –
Roast chicken – I will use my slow cooker chicken recipe and just serve with vegetables, potatoes and Yorkshire puddings!
