Potatoes are a great addition to any meal and one the whole family tend to enjoy. They are also incredibly versatile and get can be used in a number of different ways, making them one of my must have’s every week on our shopping list.
However, many of us are guilty of using them in simple recipes such as roasts, mash and chips. There are so many other exciting ways to use them instead!

Potato Skins Vegetarian Recipe – Cheese, Pepper & Onion – These look amazing however super simple too. Sometimes for a meal you just want something that is easy to make however packs a punch of flavour and these look like the perfect recipe for that!
Easy savoury sweet potato muffins – I love sweet potatoes so this dish is right up my street! They could be the perfect snack or even breakfast on the go for those short on time in the morning.
Creamy loaded potato soup – It is the season on soup and this loaded potato soup looks perfect for the cold weather coming up, I can’t wait to give it a go.
Steakhouse Potato Stacks with Rosemary – I have never seen potatoes made this way before but I cant wait to try some. They look delicious and I think they would go with so many different meals too.
Healthy Potato Skins – I am guilty of throwing away my potato skins, however, what I should be doing is making some delicious potato skins like this recipe. They would make the perfect snack for our hungry household!
Hash Brown Cauliflower and Potatoes – This recipe makes me hungry! Why have I never thought to make something like this for breakfast or lunch, that would set up till our next meal but also be a great way of using up leftovers too!
Potatoes no longer need to be boring or leftovers are thrown away. These recipes sound amazing and worth the effort to create some amazing meals your whole family will enjoy.
