Welcome back to this weeks meal plan and our last one before Christmas. It is scary to think that there are only 2 more weeks until the end of this year already, it has just flown by.
Towards the back end of the year, our meal planning has been a bit slack, to say the least! It is certainly on our focus list for the new year as we try to get our eating habits onto a healthier route!
For now, though we are going to enjoy the Christmas period coming up and all the things it brings!
Monday –
Sausage, egg and beans – Quick and simple after work meal.
Tuesday –
Spaghetti bolognaise – Again this is already made and in the freezer so it is a quick meal for us.
Wednesday –
Homemade flatbreads and chicken – Served with sweet potato chunks, this went down a storm last time!
Thursday –
Steak and chips – This is easy to make but tasty!
Friday –
Kids choice – Last day of term and work for 2 weeks so we are letting the kids pick.
Saturday –
Chinese takeaway – We are catching up with family for Christmas tonight and enjoying a takeaway.
Sunday –
Pulled pork – We will be having an early dinner today however the pulled pork always goes down a storm!
Nothing really exciting on the menu but easy meals that taste great and I know everyone will eat.
