Another week, another meal plan for us!
So I’m feeling a bit more human, hooray! However still struggling to get about so this week is simple, quick to cook meals so no stress for anyone.
Monday –
Leftover lamb rogan – We have some leftover lamb from our roast yesterday so planning to use it in a rogan curry. I will use our recipe for beef rogan but just adjust it slightly to use the lamb, cooking it for a little less time.
Tuesday –
Pasta with spinach sauce – I know I say it all the time but honestly I will blog this recipe soon! I have a hospital appointment in evening to have my dressing changed and x-rays so it is a quick meal to cook when we get home.
Wednesday –
Rude boy kebabs – In the end we never had these last week but we will be having some home made lamb kebabs from Aaron Craze.
Thursday –
Sausage and salami stew – I came across a recipe on the Tesco food site which we have adjusted to make our own version. Again I will share this in the coming weeks!
Friday –
Cod & potatoes – We have some fish in the freezer to use up so a simple cod and new potato dish for us this week.
Saturday –
Burger & chips – Its the weekend! Lazy meals all round 🙂
Sunday –
Roast – Not sure which sort, it all depends on what is on offer when I do the shopping! It may even turn into a slow cooker chicken with salad!
